Jonah Bank of Wyoming was established in 2006 by a group of folks that live and work in Wyoming and care about Wyoming. Our mission, Building a Better Wyoming, is accomplished through our support of Wyoming small businesses and their employees. We still beleive in old fashioned quality banking where your banker is your neighbor, friend and most importantly, your partner in growing your business. We are dedicated to the communities we serve, Casper and Cheyenne, and deliver employmnet opportunities to local people, keep local capital in our communities and provide a source of revenue for important community projects determined by the local communities.
We live by the Cowboy Code (The Jonah Bank Code) created by James P. Owen, author of Cowboy Ethics. We are committed to Building a Better Wyoming. We beleive we have made a prfound impact in our local communities and will strive to be one of our community's biggest supporters for many years to come.
As a community bank, we pride ourselves on the loans we make to businesses in our communities that help to strengthen Wyoming and the economy. Making loans is not all we do in Building a Better Wyoming; we also strive to meet our mission by contributing to our communities with donations of time, talent and treasure to numerous local charitable organizations.
Ultimately, we beleive in the Jonah Bank Code and live by it every day; no exceptions, no excuses!
